OStack Web Solutions is a B2B software company that designs, builds and delivers tailored software solutions for enterprises — specializing in applied artificial intelligence, such as internal AI Assistants based on RAG architectures designed for real enterprise use cases where data privacy and answer accuracy are non-negotiable.
ISA-RAG was born from over a decade of experience designing production-ready backend platforms — Node.js and NestJS microservices with event-driven systems — complemented by Angular, Next.js and React Native on the frontend, allowing us to deliver end-to-end applications.
For us, end-to-end means owning the full lifecycle of every system we ship — from architecture and data modeling, through structured CI/CD pipelines with rollback-safe releases, to Docker containerization and AWS-based cloud infrastructure (including EKS and multi-environment deployments) — so that every system reaches production ready to scale. The decisions made at each stage directly shape the reliability, maintainability and business outcomes the software is meant to support.

We don't sell software licenses. We deliver a full implementation and deployment service — the ISA-RAG platform built and deployed on your own infrastructure, with the source code handed over for your internal use and continued maintenance.
ISA-RAG is a commercial product delivered to multiple organizations. Each engagement produces a private deployment tailored to the client's infrastructure and workflows, while the platform itself — its name, brand and architectural design — remains a product of OStack Web Solutions.
